Moeller & Devicon supplies top loading and handling machines to customers within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, where the components must be packed by a fully automatic, reliable process.

M&D has also developed special grippers, pick and place units, as well as robot systems.  M&D lines transport all different types and sizes of products.  The system allows for fast change-over from one size/type of product to another without change parts. Additionally, a range of standard solutions for handling of unstable or fragile products including buffer systems, traying and de-traying equipment, etc. are a part of the M&D product portfolio.

Transport Systems

Moeller & Devicon specialises in developing custom-designed equipment for the transportation of special containers, products and components.  Having built an expertise in this field over the years, M&D will always find a reliable and gentle way of transport packaging material, components, products, etc.

For transport of glass we have developed our well known STT-Concept (Soft Touch Technology Concept), providing delicate scratch free high speed transport of glass containers, cartridges, and other products.  This technology is utilised by M&D in the high speed cosmetic inspection lines for glass containers with outputs up to 1000 units per minute.
